What is it?
Router Assurance protects you from router failure, so you are not left without internet for extensive amounts of time after the failure occurs.
If your router was to fail, we will send you a brand new router to arrive via express delivery the very next day.
Without router assurance you either must pay for new router or send the device off to the manufacturer for a repair under warranty.
A new router will cost you £90or repair under warranty can take many weeks with additional postage costs.
By having our assurance products, you will never need to worry about purchasing a new router as we will exchange it for you free of charge (subject to delivery fees).
How do I get it?
Router assurance is optional and the first two months are offered FREE.
After the two months have elapsed, there is a monthly charge of £2.50 per month.
Please note that there are additional delivery fees of £9.99 that apply upon the order of a new router under router assurance.
