Landline Assurance
What is it?
Landline Assurance is a product we give to all our customers who purchase a landline service from POP Telecom.

Why do I need it?
Like most internet providers our network is owned and maintained by BT OpenReach. In the event of you having a fault on the line, a BT OpenReach engineer would be called to your address to find & fix the fault.
OpenReach engineers cover all kinds of technical faults from the connection outside your home all the way up until that little white OpenReach box (master socket) inside your house.
From the master socket onwards, any fault becomes your responsibility. This means that if an engineer arrives and the fault is past that box then they will charge you £192 to repair that fault.

By having our Landline Assurance you will never need to worry about faults on your line and always be rest assured that you will not have to pay any additional bills from OpenReach?

How do I get it?
Landline assurance is optional and the first two months are offered FREE.
After the two months have elapsed, there is a monthly charge of £2 per month.
